About Me

I’m Amelia, and I’m the owner of Ballarat House, a beautiful 10 bed holiday home in Margate. When I bought the property it was derelict and I understand well the trial and tribulations of a monster renovation. I also own and manage a 4 bed flat with sea views over Walpole Bay (which was also fully renovated to a high standard), and I am currently finishing an extension and renovation of a cottage in a beautiful village in the Kent countryside, destined to become another 10 bed holiday home.
